We're looking for someone who wants to stay long-term (minimum 6 months) and values a peaceful and respectful living environment. 📝 A contract will be drawn up through a real estate agency, and we require a total of 4 months' rent (1 month's rent in advance, 1 month's rent as a security deposit, and 2 months' rent as a guarantee).
