Entry to the apartment is on 04/15 or 16, so you only pay half of the current month.

Rent and Requirements (ATTENTION) :

• ⛔NO AGENCY COMMISSION⛔ only €150 is charged for administrative management.
• ➡️SERVICES additional to the RENT amount.

• ➡️ Documentation in order.
Services apart from rent:
