Rental conditions
• Seasonal or mid-term rental.
• Rental periods from 1 to 12 months.
• Monthly rate depending on the length of stay:
o 1 month: €2,500
o 2–3 months: €2,200/month
o 4–6 months: €2,000/month
o 7–12 months: €1,800/month
• Longer stays benefit from a lower monthly rate.
• Community fees, Wi-Fi and water consumption are included.
• Electricity is included up to a maximum allowance of €75 per complete month of occupancy.
• Any electricity consumption above this allowance will be paid by the tenant upon presentation of the corresponding bill or consumption statement.
• For partial months, the electricity allowance will be calculated proportionally.
• Legal security deposit: two months’ rent, in accordance with the regulations applicable to seasonal rentals.
• Proof of financial solvency may be requested.
• The apartment will be handed over with a complete inventory and photographic condition report.
• A further rental period or extension may be agreed subsequently, subject to applicable regulations and mutual agreement.
• Available from 1 September 2026.
