To book the room, we will first send you a form to fill in your details.
Once completed, you will need to pay the security deposit directly to us via bank transfer. After receiving it, we will prepare the rental contract, which must be signed on every page before your move-in date.
Important: To check in and access the room, you must complete this process beforehand, including paying the deposit and signing the contract. Additionally, you will need to pay the administrative fee in cash when you pick up the keys.
Monthly utilities are included up to a maximum amount of 35 euros per month.
