Puerta del Sol and the Plaza Mayor are only 3 minutes away walking , with numerous underground, bus and train stations.
It''''s a privileged location, in the very heart of Madrid, makes it especially accessible from the residence and very close to the historical heart of the city.
The residence has 15 single rooms, ALL of them with private bathrooms with showers inside the room, they all have a double bed, desk, study chair, wifi, SMART TV (40 inches) in each room , double wardrobe, individual air conditioning and heating....
The residence also has a fully equipped living room, with sofas, SMART TV.
The kitchen has a fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hobs and lockers where you can keep everything you need.
On the other hand, the students enjoy the privacy provided by the fact that all the rooms work with a proximity card just like any other hotel and they have total freedom when entering and leaving the residence.
Our cleaning staff will be in charge of cleaning the common areas (living room and kitchen) of the residence one day a week.
