Hi! The apartment is incredibly quiet and peaceful, and the 40m² open-plan living room/kitchen (fully equipped with all appliances) is very well laid out with minimal hallway space. It's an interior apartment, but it's bright and cozy both in winter and summer. There's a lovely little interior terrace, perfect for hanging laundry or relaxing with a drink. There are two bedrooms in the apartment; I'm currently in the other one. I'm looking for a responsible, clean, and tidy person to live with. A verifiable, long-term employment contract is required; please don't apply if you don't meet this requirement. It's essential that you love cats (and animals in general) because there are two in the apartment. They're very well-behaved, calm, and independent. No pets allowed. The apartment is renovated and fully furnished. The room is approximately 12m², with a 100cm bed, desk and ergonomic chair, bedside table and wardrobe, as well as individual heating. Additional expenses of approximately €40-50 (community fees and Wi-Fi are fixed at €10, and electricity, water, and gas are billed separately).
