Hello! I'm renting a very spacious and fully equipped room (king-size bed, desk, wardrobe, TV). I'm looking for someone who's comfortable living with others to share the space with us. Conditions: ● Rent: €650 (expenses included as long as you're careful; otherwise, the price will be reviewed). ● Utilities included: gas, electricity, water, garbage collection, and internet. Cleaning of common areas is shared by all three of us. ● The room and the house are for the sole use of the renter; visits are only allowed in exceptional circumstances and with prior permission. ● Please respect quiet hours (11:00 PM–8:00 AM). The house has two floors. The ground floor has a large terrace, a spacious living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with two refrigerators and a toilet. The upper floor has three bedrooms; two of them share a full bathroom with a bathtub. It's located in a quiet residential neighborhood, close to bus stops and supermarkets (5-minute walk), and near both the sea and mountains. I'm a calm person and I like good vibes and camaraderie. I'm not obsessed with order, but I do think it's important. I'm very respectful and I love plants!
