Hi everyone! My name is Oliver, and I'm looking for someone to share a double room in a house right in the center of Sabadell. It's 10 minutes from the Catalan Railways (FGC) and Renfe train stations, close to shops and the main promenade. It's also 20 minutes from the Ripoll River, where you can find nature and paths for walking, running, and more. The room is ideal for studying and working, with a large desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a sofa bed (150x190 cm). There are two guys and one girl living in the house. It has two bathrooms, a large living room with a fireplace, and another small dining room attached to the kitchen. Both the bathrooms and the kitchen have been renovated, and we have two refrigerators. There are two patios, one upstairs and one downstairs. By the way, we have two kittens!
