Room with street views, all amenities, and a bus stop on the same street. The room includes:

-large wardrobe,
-large chest of drawers,
large 135cm bed,
Personal key to lock the door.
Only female tenants with a justified reason are accepted. The house is very close to all the beaches and Cartagena city center.
Price: 210 euros + 1 month deposit (refundable at the end of the stay).
Electricity, water, and cleaning expenses are not included and are shared among all residents.
We are looking for someone who can live with other roommates, is not problematic or disruptive, and understands that a shared apartment is a shared space. The person must be responsible, respectful, and adapt to the house rules. For better coexistence, a Spanish or Latina girl.
