5 minutes access to the bus to all of Madrid and even the cities. Renfe (Alcobendas) and metro (reyes católic) (5 minutes)
Student male or female, it doesn''t matter. The house is very clean and safe. I charge a minimum deposit for students. Shared with two other rooms. They are employed and the whole house is empty most of the day. The owner is Spanish and very nice.
