Single room with private bathroom for rent in a semi-detached house with two floors and views of all of Marbella and the sea, in a private, gated community with security cameras. It is next to the La Cañada shopping center, and there is parking right outside the house (uncovered). We have a communal swimming pool. Three very polite and clean women have lived here for years, so we are looking for a responsible woman. Cleaning of common areas is done in shifts among all of them. The owner does not live in the house, so privacy is guaranteed. The room has a private bathroom; upstairs, on the other floor, the bathroom is shared by the two women in the house.
