A furnished room is available for rent in an apartment located in the Diagonal Mar neighborhood, 2 minutes from the Selva de Mar metro station and a 7-minute walk from the beach. The large Diagonal Mar shopping center is 8 minutes away. The location is excellent! The apartment isn't large but it's cozy, with all exterior-facing rooms and two bedrooms. I'm looking for a polite, responsible, respectful, and above all, clean person who works or studies, preferably away from home, and enjoys a quiet lifestyle. The ideal candidate will be communicative and respectful of personal space. Expenses are not included. Pets are welcome, but the room is small, so I can only accept cats or very small dogs (Chihuahua, Maltipoo, etc.). Pets must be quiet and well-behaved (no urinating inside or causing damage). The owner will take care of walking the pets and maintaining cleanliness.
