We are looking for one roommate to complete an apartment in Teatinos, with an unbeatable location. We are looking for students, preferably MA or PhD students, or those in the final years of their degree, between 24 and 30 years old, preferably male, who are clean and tidy in the common areas and responsible, and who are looking for a quiet and pleasant apartment living environment. People with a different profile are not welcome. We would like to move in as soon as possible. There is one room available, where two people would share a bathroom. The apartment is for three people; the entire apartment is €1,200 per month, €400 each, plus bills (internet, electricity, gas, etc., approximately €40).
