I have decided to rent a room in my HOME, as it is not the typical house where people share a home by rooms. The house is immaculate, it has 3 bedrooms, mine, which the person who moves in would occupy, and a third converted into an office, which can also be used by the person who rents the room.
It also has a large living room, a small balcony, a separate kitchen, and two full bathrooms. One of them would be exclusively for the person who rents the room, outside of it, but right in front. The house has several built-in wardrobes and a hall.
The house is exterior and in a very quiet area. It has air conditioning and heating.
