A double room for rent for one person in a large, bright apartment, to be shared with two other girls, 5 minutes from the beach. Great location (Tram, Renfe Clot station 10 minutes away, metro line 4 Poblenou 5 minutes away). There are many supermarkets, pharmacies, and two shopping centers (Gloriès and Diagonal Mar) nearby. The room is furnished (bed, table, wardrobe, and dresser) and allows natural light. Non-smoking, with a routine mostly during the day and respectful of others' rest. We are looking for someone who works or studies in person. IMPORTANT: Cat-friendly status is required, as two two-year-old cats also live in the apartment. They are not allowed on the terrace, so this must be taken into account when using it. The bedroom window has a protective net that cannot be removed. We highly value respect for the privacy and personal space of other occupants. Our goal is to have a good time together and share moments if they arise.
