Sagrada Familia: Aragón-Castillejos. We offer a large, exterior room in a shared apartment with a large, well-ventilated window and light all day. We are 24 and 25 years old and are looking for a clean and tidy guy, a worker with a permanent job or a student between 18 and 40 years old, to rent a room with its own bathroom. The apartment is for three people in total. It is on the 6th floor, exterior and very bright. A new building with an elevator. It has furniture and appliances, Wi-Fi, etc. The area is well connected to various metro and bus lines.
Monthly rent of 480 euros and expenses shared between the three.
A rental contract is made for a period of time, preferably a long term.
