Wonderful exterior room with a lot of natural light, big bed and with private balcony. The room is quite spacious about 16 square meters. Excellent location in the heart of Chamberi, within the best area called Almagro. It is a high end residential area. Nearby the metro stop Gregorio Marañon. To be rented for one person, couples or pets are not allowed. We are looking for calm and clean people. Students and young professionals.
