We offer this fully equipped room in our Co-Living HIVE, designed with everything you need to live comfortably and easily in Madrid. The room is spacious and thoughtfully laid out with a double bed, a work space with desk, a small seating area, and a good-sized built-in closet. All furnishings are of premium quality, ensuring a modern and stylish living experience.

All-inclusive services included in the rent: full premium furnishing of all rooms and common areas, maintenance service for any incidents in the rooms or common spaces, weekly cleaning of rooms and common areas, utilities (gas, water, and electricity), and high-speed WiFi throughout the Co-Living.
The Co-Living HIVE features 6 equipped double rooms, 3 complete bathrooms (1 en-suite and 2 shared), a shared living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, and a laundry area with washer, dryer, and ironing facilities.
?? Location Highlights: The property is located in the Nuevos Ministerios (Chamberí) district, a central, quiet, and elegant neighborhood. Residents enjoy a wide range of leisure, gastronomy, and green spaces. The area is also a business hub with a low tourist influx, making it a peaceful and convenient location fully integrated into Castellana and the AZCA complex.
? The rent is for 3 to 5 months, with a lower price available for stays of 6 to 11 months. Bills are included up to 40€, or 70€ for couples. Weekly cleaning of the room and common areas is included, as well as a pair of sheets and towels. Couples are allowed with an extra fee.
?? IMPORTANT
The parties expressly agree to the following rights and obligations, in the form of rules of coexistence, which are considered essential for the signing of this contract:
??The rented room, as well as the common areas, must be used diligently and without causing any nuisance to the rest of the tenants and neighbours of the property.
??Smoking is prohibited inside the house.
??It is forbidden to use the communal areas to store or place objects that may hinder the normal use of the property.
??The communal areas must be left free and tidy during cleaning hours.
??The rubbish generated must be taken out regularly and it is forbidden to store rubbish in the property.
??Parties are forbidden in the property. This will be immediate cause for termination of this contract.
??It is forbidden to have get-togethers with friends from outside the flat. The person who invites the external persons will be held responsible.
??The entry of outsiders to the flat is forbidden except for visits from relatives or friends, not exceeding the maximum number of overnight stays.
??The rules of coexistence of the community of neighbours must be respected, taking special care with noise.
??It is forbidden to install or have machines or appliances whose vibrations or noise may disturb other residents, or to have or handle explosive, inflammable, uncomfortable or unhealthy materials in the dwelling.
??It is expressly forbidden to keep animals in the dwelling.
??The individual use of the rented room shall be considered as shared use with a third party when the latter stays more than eight nights per month.
??As far as visits are concerned, they shall generally be, as far as possible, of a one-off nature and of short duration.
??The possession of bicycles, scooters or any other similar vehicle in the communal areas is prohibited.
??It is stipulated that the tenant shall only use the bathroom, kitchen cupboard and fridge shelves identified with the designated colour as described in the service contract.
??The tenant is required to maintain proper standards of personal hygiene, including regular cleaning and grooming practices. This includes proper management of personal waste and maintaining a clean environment in common areas and living (hidden).
Repeated failure to comply with these practices may result in warnings and, in serious cases, termination of the contract.
