The apartment is located in the Fort Pienc neighborhood, well-connected, close to several metro stations (L2, Tetuán, Monumental; L4, Girona; L5, Sagrada Familia; L1, Arc de Triomf). There are supermarkets, bars, and everything you need nearby. The room is small, with a single bed, a nightstand, and a wardrobe. The apartment has a bathroom, a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa and TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, and Wi-Fi. The price is €457 plus expenses (electricity, water, internet, etc.). Monthly expenses are usually around €25.
