Tenants must be teachers from nearby schools or students at ISPC. I am renting a furnished, fully exterior room (with access to a private terrace between the two bedrooms). The bathroom is also shared with the other bedroom. The kitchen and swimming pool are shared with all residents of the house. Utilities are included (if you want to include bi-weekly cleaning, it's €475). There is a washing machine, dishwasher, ironing board, iron, underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, etc. The area is very quiet and parking is available right outside. Basic services (supermarket, pharmacy, parks, public transport) are 5 minutes away. One month's deposit is required.
