The room is furnished and ready to move into and has a key; it includes a duvet, bedspread, two sets of sheets and two sets of towels, shelves, a wardrobe, a sofa with a chaise lounge, a desk lamp and a study table, a wastebasket, a ceiling fan, etc. The kitchen is also fully equipped: oven, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker, coffee maker, blender, etc. The price includes gas for the water heater and Wi-Fi.
