It features a large, fully equipped kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, air fryer, etc.), a utility room with a washing machine and dryer, separate refrigerator and freezer, individual storage space, and a living/dining room with a TV and chill-out area. All the furnishings are original and in excellent condition; we are looking for someone who will respect them. We will be living peacefully with two adults (40 and 36 years old). No parties. Orderliness, cleanliness, and respect for quiet are highly valued. Occasional visits are permitted, but cohabitation with a partner is not allowed. LGBTQ+ friendly environment.
