It's very well ventilated and gets natural light in the afternoon. Internet is included in the price; water, electricity, and gas are separate (€65). The apartment is very nice and bright. The rent includes access to the kitchen, bathroom, and dining room. I, the owner, live here. I'm a quiet, clean, and respectful 40-year-old woman.
