GIRLS ONLY. ROOM WITH LOCK in a shared apartment near the university faculties (CESINE, UIMP, etc.). ONLY FOR FEMALE UNIVERSITY STUDENTS. The rental period is from January 1st to June 30th. The room has a single bed, a desk with shelves, a small table, and a 3-door wardrobe with a mirror. It is decorated in white and is very bright. It also faces east. The apartment has an elevator. It has an open-plan kitchen, dining room, and entrance hall. It has been recently renovated, and the decor makes it a very welcoming apartment. UTILITIES are separate from the monthly rent and are around €35 per student per month, including water, garbage collection, electricity, gas, and Wi-Fi. When booking, a deposit of one month's rent plus €100 for cleaning is required. This will be refunded upon departure, minus any outstanding bills and/or any damages. All amenities are nearby.
