English and French spoken. Room with lock in a shared apartment near the university faculties (CESINE, UIMP, etc.). For female university students only. The rental period is from January 1st to June 30th. The room has a single bed, a desk with shelves, a small table, and a three-door wardrobe with a mirror. It is decorated in white and is very bright. It also faces east. The apartment has an elevator. It has an open-plan kitchen, dining room, and entrance hall. It has been recently renovated, and the decor makes it a very welcoming apartment. Utility expenses are separate from the monthly rent and are around €35 per student per month, including water, garbage collection, electricity, gas, and Wi-Fi. Upon booking, a deposit of one month's rent plus €100 for cleaning is required. This will be refunded upon departure, minus any outstanding bills and/or any damages. All amenities are nearby.
