The apartment and its rooms are fully designed and stylishly furnished by our team of interior designers. We only accept medium- to long-term stays for students and young professionals for domestic use. Tourist stays are not accepted under any circumstances. The tenant must pay a security deposit of €1,000 directly to the property manager no later than 48 hours after booking confirmation. This deposit will be returned at the end of the contract, less €400 for non-refundable service charges.
