Room for rent for a girl only in a 3-bedroom apartment, where only 2 of us will live. The room is exterior-facing, very bright, with a 1.35m double bed and garden views. The apartment has central heating, air conditioning in the living room, TV, Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a terrace, an elevator, etc. The atmosphere is very quiet both in the apartment and in the neighborhood. The house is next to Madrid Río and surrounded by parks. Transportation: bus 50 right in front of the building and the Marqués de Vadillo metro station is an 8-minute walk away. I am looking for a quiet, tidy, and very clean girl who values a calm and respectful environment. I usually work remotely from the living room, so it's a space I use quite a bit during the day and often in the evening. I occasionally look after dogs for short periods (max. two weeks), so it's important that you like animals and don't have allergies. €500 including utilities + 1 month's deposit.
