The room has a private bathroom and a window. It's a recently renovated apartment in excellent condition. You'll be sharing with only two other people. The rent is €550 per month, all-inclusive, and a one-month deposit is required. If you're moving in as a couple, the deposit is an additional €150 per month. A rental agreement will be drawn up.
