Description
One or two rooms are available for rent in a centrally located apartment for working professionals (employment contract required) between 25 and 45 years old. It's a quiet apartment, and the rooms include a wardrobe, desk, bed, and bedside table. The photos show the rooms empty in case you'd like to bring your own furniture; otherwise, the rooms will be furnished before you move in. Move-in is immediate, as the previous tenants left on February 28th. The room would be shared with a 38-year-old male office worker and any other new tenants (making three of us). The rent is €240 plus electricity, water, gas, and internet.
