The single studio has a little kitchen with a cooker, a private bathroom, a 105x200cm bed, a wardrobe, a desk, and hot-cold air conditioning. You can prepare your meal in the cooker or the microwave (you can also cook in the oven in the common area’s kitchen).
The price includes furniture and household appliances, utensils and kitchenware, free Wi-Fi, and supplies up to 50€/month for your studio plus common areas (water and light, because gas is not necessary). Bed linen and towels are not included, but we can offer a set for 80€.
The common areas are the hall, the dining room with another super-equipped kitchen, the laundry room (a free service with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers), and a little terrace at the bottom of the Coliving. In this space, there will be 6 single studios, and the other 4 are located on the ground floor.
In this coliving, you will live with other students from different countries (including Spanish students). The ages range from 25 to 35 years, and we can also accommodate young professionals (digital nomads, freelancers). We usually accommodate more professionals than students in the summer period.
You can get empadronamiento, but we charge you a tax of 40€ (authorization).
The location is close to relevant universities, and cultural and historical spots like Cauce del Rio Turia, Viveros Gardens, and the Museum of Fine Arts.
