I am renting a large, bright, exterior room overlooking the quiet Plaza del Sauce to ONE woman between 25 and 45 years old. It has a beautiful single bed (110x190 cm), a bedside table with a lamp, a very large glass desk, Wi-Fi, and a lovely wardrobe with shelves for a small library. There is a large natural gas radiator and a balcony. All expenses are included. No visitors, not even for one minute. Smoking and drinking alcohol are strictly prohibited. A long-term, legal, written contract is required, for one year and is renewable. Payment is by bank transfer only.
