Description
We're looking for a new roommate for our apartment in Sants Badal. The room is single and has a double bed, wardrobe, and writing desk. The bathroom and kitchen are fully equipped. The building has a shared terrace. Located in a central neighborhood, it's a 2-minute walk from the blue (L5) and red (L1) metro lines and a 10-minute walk from Sants Station, offering excellent transport links. A gym, supermarket, bakeries, and cafes are all nearby. Our ideal roommate is a man (between 28 and 38 years old) who works, is clean, and tidy. Two other people live in the apartment; they are sociable and open-minded. Price: €440 + bills (includes apartment cleaning). One month's deposit is required.
