??We deliver the keys from Monday to Friday (not holidays) between 9:00 and 19:00 (preferably in the morning).
Outside these hours, on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, a charge of €30 will be made, which must be paid in cash upon delivery of the keys.

Upon arrival of the tenant, payment will be made for the prorated days of the month. However, there will be no proration upon departure. If the departure takes place between the 1st and 15th of the month, the rent will be paid until the 15th of that month. If departure occurs between the 15th and the end of the month, the rent will be paid until the last day of the month.
