The house, which you would share only with me, also has a spacious living room, a balcony overlooking La Pedriza, and a kitchen. The price is €460. Other expenses are not included (internet, electricity, water). There is a bus stop nearby, and you can reach Madrid in 45 minutes. It is essential that you are tidy, clean (at least in the common areas), and quiet. Please do not apply if you do not meet these requirements. Available from February 1st.
