Utilities included (up to 60 €/month of electricity consumption) and weekly cleaning (mandatory) of private and common areas (70 €/month) not included in the price.
Private studio with premium single bed (120 cm wide), fully equipped private kitchenette (sink, refrigerator, portable ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker and kettle) and private bathroom. Fully furnished, it offers air conditioning (hot and cold), electronic lock, ample storage spaces, high speed wifi and a large desk to study comfortably. Bed linen and towels are included.
The accommodation, recently renovated, stands out for its high design and cozy interior design, and spacious common areas where you can enjoy the large format TV in the chill out area, fully equipped common kitchen with oven, microwave, double refrigerator and ceramic hob, plus all the necessary utensils, crockery and cutlery, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and iron for clothes, designed to meet all your needs, and dining area with a large table, ideal for meals and meetings. It also has a gym, indoor parking for bicycles and scooters, guest bathroom and common patio with tables and seating area. In addition to this, our student service is available in several languages, 24 hours a day.
