To be shared in a 3-bedroom apartment. 2 minutes from the Colonia Jardín metro station, on Metro Line 10, which goes directly to the city center. Excellent transport links to all of Madrid. Light Rail Lines 1 and 2 are also nearby, as well as a bus interchange. Two supermarkets, grocery stores, and a market are close by. The apartment has a pleasant and respectful atmosphere; cleanliness and quiet hours are important, and we always strive for harmonious living. All basic utilities (electricity, water, gas, and internet) are included in the monthly rent. No pets allowed. Not suitable for couples. One month's rent is required as a security deposit.
