Hi! Looking for a long-term roommate in a penthouse apartment with a stunning terrace and fireplace. It has a small storage room and is very well connected by metro, commuter rail, and BiciMAD bike-sharing, with supermarkets very close by. The lease would be modified so that we both have the same rights and obligations and pay the same rent. The room isn't very big, but it's very nice and bright, and there's an adjoining space at the entrance with the main wardrobe and a desk with plenty of light (a kind of open dressing room). I'm 41 years old, quite easygoing, have common sense, a great sense of humor, and am fairly assertive. I'm not expecting us to be best friends, but I'd like us to share some things. The common areas are always tidy. I hope the apartment is a safe space.
