Description
I'm renting a room in a very bright duplex to share with just me. It's two separate apartments with a shared bathroom; we would only share the dining room and kitchen. I live upstairs. The room is large, bright, and furnished. It has a balcony of about 4 square meters (easily big enough for a table and two chairs), a private bathroom with a shower, a desk, and an office chair. If the interested person wants to modify it to their liking, a double bed can easily be added. The apartment has ducted heating and air conditioning, is fully renovated, has a 12-square-meter terrace, and another bathroom upstairs. The building has solar panels, so the bills are low, and water is billed quarterly in La Garriga. I'm not home for 2 or 3 days a week, and I'm away most weekends, so I'm looking for someone I can trust. Cleanliness and tidiness are essential. Otherwise, I'm looking for the usual: a respectful, friendly person who also feels a sense of ownership over the apartment!
