I am renting my apartment seasonally for one person without pets, as I will be away for work during May, June, July, August, and September. The price is €600 plus utilities. There is also the possibility of continuing to share the apartment, as I will be returning in October. If this arrangement is made, the price will be adjusted and the utilities will be shared. However, the second bedroom needs to be furnished, as it is currently being used as a dressing room. Since the rental of the entire apartment is temporary for the aforementioned months, with the possibility of sharing afterward, I am looking for a tenant without children.
