The room has a bed (sheets, pillows and blankets), cabinets, bookcase, desk and chair, fireplace, sofa and lamps. The house has a total of 5 rooms each with a balcony, a large kitchen with appliances, 2 bathrooms, a garage, a large terrace on the 1st floor and a patio. There is a good infrastructure (3 supermarkets nearby, Health Center, pharmacies, post office, bars, cafes, sports center, gym, soccer, swimming pool/several shops and workshops) and good connection to the city center. The bus stop 184 is almost next to the house, it leaves every 30 minutes and it takes 15-20 min. The price: €200/month plus electricity costs (approx. €15-20/month) and water (approx. €7-10/month).
