- Only for employees: Copy of the employment contract and the last three payslips, which must be equal to or greater than €1,500 per month (or pay the full amount of the stay at the time of check-in).
- Only for self-employed individuals: Copy of the company''''s incorporation document and the last income tax return.

? IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Guests not listed in the contract are not allowed to stay overnight.
- Stays of three months or less must be paid in advance.
