A bright and quiet private room in a shared flat for students. This apartment is located on the 1st floor (Real 3rd floor) of a nice building in the Gothic district. It is very well connected as it is in the centre of the city. Only 3 minutes away from Las Ramblas where you can find L3 Liceu and 5 minutes away from L4 Jaume I.
This spacious room is fully equipped with a double bed and mattress, a two-door wardrobe, a functional study area with a desk and chair. Besides, the place has access to a private balcony.
The flat has 5 private rooms, two bathrooms with a shower and toilet in each one, a kitchen and a cosy living-dining room. The common areas of the flat are shared among the tenants.
We provide basic kitchen utensils and basic household appliances like a washing machine. 50€ for expenses are included in the monthly price (electricity, water and gas, WiFi internet access).
This apartment is a perfect choice for you to meet new people in (hidden). A great environment is guaranteed!

1. You must be studying or doing an internship in (hidden)
2. You must be younger than 30
3. We require a minimum stay of 4 months.
3. A transfer of the deposit 600€ is needed to complete the booking. This deposit will be returned at the end of your stay if the room is in good conditions.
4. You must be willing to share the flat with people from different cultures and backgrounds. We encourage you to create a friendly environment!
