The double studio has a little kitchen with a cooker, a private bathroom, (hidden) wardrobes, 2 desks, and hot-cold air conditioning. You can prepare your meal in the cooker or the microwave (you can also cook in the oven in the common area’s kitchen).
The price includes furniture and household appliances, bed linens and towels, utensils and kitchenware, free Wi-Fi, and supplies up to 50€/month (water and light).
The common areas are the hall, the dining room with another super-equipped kitchen, sofa, and TV; the laundry room (a free service with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers), and a little terrace at the bottom of the Coliving. There will be 6 single studios in the terrace space; however, this studio is located on the ground floor together with another 3 studios.
In this coliving, you will live with University students and young professionals from different countries (including Spanish people). The ages range from 23 to 30 years, and it''''s a good option for couples, friends, or single people who study in Valencia for at least 10 months (academic year).
You can get empadronamiento, but we charge you a tax of 40€ (authorization).
The location is close to relevant universities, and cultural and historical spots like Cauce del Rio Turia, Viveros Gardens, and the Museum of Fine Arts.
