Cozy and bright apartment located in a nice and quiet neighborhood that is well connected by public transport. The apartment is fully renovated and everything have been prepared fot students-young workers. It has 4 bright double bedrooms , all of them with Air Condition, and also 2 complete bathrooms. For a hygienic reason, we do not provide any bed linen, neither pillow, duvetor duvet cover. It is ideal to share with students and young people coming to work in Valencia. The common areas are fully integrated in a single environment. You can enjoy and relax in the lounge which is fully furnished with a flat screen TV, also can use it as a study area and connect to the WIFI.
EXPENSES:
The rental price includes internet and a weekly cleaning of the common areas.
The costs of utilities are as follows:
-Water: 10€/month
-Electricity: 40€/month, if any month the consumption is more than 40€, the difference will be paid separately. In this case, the expenses are shared equal parts between the tenants.
The area is very well served by public transport by having three metro stations that connect you with the various lines of the Valencia metro network in less than 3 minutes walking, and conect you with the main Universities, downtown, and beach:

-Four minutes away from the flat, you will find the bus stop of Alboraia - Pintor Vilar, where you can catch line 11, which goes through the centre of Valencia and the Benimaclet neighbourhood. You also have at your disposal the N10 nocturnal line.
