The apartment is located a 2-minute walk from Oporto metro station (Line 5, with connection to Line 6). There are plenty of shops nearby (Mercadona 5 min, Día 6 min, Ahorramás 8 min). Gyms are also close by (Altafit 10 min, Basic Fit 2 min), and Madrid Río is a 15-minute walk away.
