Utilities included (up to €100/month of electricity consumption) and weekly cleaning (mandatory) of private and common areas (€100/month) not included in price.

Private studio with a 120 cm wide bed and another 90 cm wide bed, fully equipped private kitchenette (sink, refrigerator, portable ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker and kettle) and a private bathroom. Fully furnished, it offers air conditioning (hot and cold), an electronic lock, ample storage space (for two people), high-speed Wi-Fi and two large separate desks for comfortable study. Bed linen and towels are included.
The accommodation, recently renovated, stands out for its high design and cosy interior design, and large common areas where you can enjoy the large-format television in the chill-out area, a fully equipped communal kitchen with an oven, microwave, double fridge and ceramic hob, as well as all the necessary utensils, crockery and cutlery, a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and iron for clothes, designed to cover all your needs, and a dining area with a large table, ideal for meals and meetings. It also has a gym, indoor parking for bicycles and scooters, a guest bathroom and a common patio with tables and a rest area. In addition, there is our student support service, available in several languages, 24 hours a day.
