The stay includes bed linen: fitted sheet, pillows with their respective pillowcases, comforter filler and blanket.
It also includes maintenance cleaning every other week of the common areas, technical maintenance service, high speed internet and all utilities included up to a maximum of 40€/month.

? To book you must pay 200 € deposit (refunded at the end of your stay, notifying at least 30 days in advance your check out) 100 € contract. We do not charge commission, we are direct owners.

? Rent must be paid within the first 5 days of the month.
? Rents are per full month cycle, calendar date from the 1st to the 30/31 of the month , Independent of tenant check in or check out.
? Rooms are for single occupancy. Only occasional visitors are allowed.
? Contract renewal every 6 months.
?Cleaning once a week in support of common areas.
