??IMPORTANT??: It is necessary after booking with Housing to complete the following steps to complete your booking 100%:
1. Complete the Google form that will be sent to you by the owner.
2. Sign the rental contract that will be sent to you by the landlord, filled in with the data you provided in the form you filled in previously.
3. Pay by bank transfer the amounts described in the rental contract. Normally, these are: deposit + admin fee + surcharge (if any).
??Other costs:
** Admin Fee 150€. To be paid by bank transfer on signing the rental contract.
** Deposit: 1 month. To be paid by bank transfer on signing the rental contract.
** Utility costs or bills: 35€ per month
Check-out cleaning fee of room 35€ (mandatory). We will charge it at check-out, subtracting it from the deposit.
?? Please note that a €200 short-stay surcharge applies to bookings of 6 months or less. This fee must be paid at the time of signing the contract and will appear on the "View All Payments" page under "Other".
Only stays of 1 or 2 months are allowed during the summer months (July and August) and on special occasions.
There is no short-stay surcharge during the summer months.

Out of opening hours, with a limit until 22:00 hours, at an additional cost to be paid by the tenant:
