Includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner Monday to Sunday, weekly cleaning, and weekly bed linen and towel change. It also includes individual air conditioning (heating and cooling) and high-speed Wi-Fi.

Our university student residence in Seville is housed in a fantastic four-story building that, year after year, can accommodate 112 students, each in an independent 20-square-meter room with a full bathroom. All our rooms can be cleaned every two weeks, with a change of sheets and towels included if requested. The rooms are fully furnished with a desk area with a table, shelves, a mirror, and a wardrobe.
As you would expect in a city with high temperatures like Seville, all student rooms in our university residence in Seville have air conditioning, as well as high-speed wifi, making it easier to study and enjoy free time.
