We are a Spanish young couple looking for a flatmate (male or female) as of January/February.
You will have an individual cute room with a private terrace, all amenities (like a dishwasher, oven, microwave, wash machine, coffee machine, etc) and you will have also access to a guest room (the red one) for these moments when your family or friends want to visit you ;)
Location is great, just next to the beach, close to the city center (perfect to go by feet) and the best location to go to the university (just 10 minutes by bus)
Currently, we are working although we combine it with studies as well. For this reason, we are looking for someone responsible and kind. Parties are not allowed in the apartment.
