VERY QUIET. Excellent track record. Maximum care in the selection of 3 people, magnificent. Furnished, very central (Zona Laviada), next to beaches, buses, ALSA train, supermarkets, National Police, surrounded by parks. With bus connection to the University. All exterior apartment, height and great views of the parks, very sunny and bright, facing south, quiet. 1 living room, 3 individual bedrooms (sheets, blankets). 1 very large kitchen 1 pantry. 2 full bathrooms. There is 1 free bedroom left as of JANUARY 15. Insurance included (this is important) €298 per month for a single room, with electricity and city gas costs included. Only financially solvent people, with sufficient guarantees.
